Frogbox Victoria

Scott went above and beyond for us when we wanted to use Frogbox for our move from Comox to Calgary. This will be the third time we've used frog box and I can't recommend them enough. Skip the brown boxes and use these - well worth the cost!

My moving day was a struggle, everything that could have gone wrong did, except for the Frogbox bins. They were easy to pack in, easy to move, and having a deadline for pickup made unpacking progress much faster than it would have with cardboard. Plus, they all got taken away with zero effort from me! With any luck I won’t be moving again for many years, but when I do, I’ll definitely be using Frogbox again.

Scott was very accommodating. First time using frog box for moving and was recommended by a friend. We will use nothing but frog box now. If we needed more boxes they would have delivered more. We were offered to keep them longer if we needed to. I have been recommending them to everyone, and saying how great this service is.Thanks again!

Scott was super friendly and flexible with his delivery and pickup dates. The boxes were clean and easy to fill, so much easier than cardboard. Would definitely recommend.

Using Frogbox for our move was awesome! Super easy and great to have these boxes dropped off and picked up. WAY sturdier then cardboard boxes and way less waste. Great communication with their team, loved it!

Our move was so much easier with Frogbox Victoria!No odd shaped, unstackable, flimsy boxes, or tape or paper cuts!The frog boxes stack, they’re clean, and they are delivered and picked up at my home. Using Frogbox was the best of all our decisions we made in moving! The delivery and pickup service removed all the burden of trying to find and then dispose of cardboard boxes. I would absolutely say that getting the dolly is worthwhile because then you don't have to worry as much about weight. The customer service was incredible - we extended and then moved up our return date and they were so flexible and kind. We ordered 20 large boxes and 5 small ones to move our two bedroom basement suite into a condo over a three week period and being able to pack, load, unload and unpack the boxes and then reuse them was amazing.Thank you, Frogbox!

The service was really great. Scott (owner) was super patient and kind when our move didn't go as planned and had to keep the boxes longer than we anticipated. Frogbox is fantastic. At first it seemed a bit much, but boy is it worth it. We saved so much time packing. We saved so much $ on the movers because loading and unloading was so quick and space efficient.It was the least stressful move we've made, nothing broke, and we weren't left with a hundred cardboard boxes at the end.The Frogbox people we were professional, helpful, and quick to respond. They came when they said they would, and gave us a heads up. When we realized four days before the move that we needed more boxes, they dropped some off.Definitely worth it and recommend without reservation.
