The staff are great. Gym is smaller but it has everything you need to get in a great work out. Has heavy bag option for anyone working on their striking. Dumbells go up to 75 . Gym is rarely crowded like other gyms on the island. Summer hours are a little restricting but due to its location it's understandable with the low population density In the area. All around a great place to get a work out in!

The ice is so bad. It is bumpy and take a while to harden behind the nets. There is no character to the rink and it is flat out boring.
