Went in to exchange a pair of shoes that my 10 year old paid for with his own money. They were only a few weeks old however were worn outside, ( return policy states they have to be unworn ) but the fabric had already started to pull apart. Too our delight, they completed the exchange with no issues. Thank you very much!! I have a very happy boy again and he lives his shoes :)

I was in hurry to get shoes, i had in store coupon code for 20 percent off.. i asked them to print it out for me as i was in hurry because i have flight after a week and i was unable to come over again. She said they have printer in the store but they wont bother to print a single copy of paper….. what a frustrating experience!!!!!

Disgusted! My friend and I were both treated horribly at this store yesterday. First 2 girls came running at my friend as she took just 2 steps in the door forgetting her mask, mistake, she immediately put it on but why did TWO need to attack? They were extremely rude to her and were closer than 6 feet from her as they barked at her. I don't know who's training these kids but perhaps they need some customer service training refreshers themselves. We will never shop here again.
