I just can’t express how much these two helped me out! Affordable and 100% 24/7. Easy to book, communication was fast and clear, and service was excellent. I called very short notice later into the evening, urgently needing their services. They arrived Right away and were So fast, quiet, kind and respectful! Tao called me back about 5 minutes after I left a message this morning, and exceeded my expectations for the rest of the day. He was easy going and flexible about pick up time (I was needing help picking up a craigslist purchase), super friendly, promptly replied to texts, loaded the item by himself so I wouldn’t need to make the trip, unloaded it with me and then offered to help me get it upstairs (and it was a couch, not a lamp or something easy)! All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Junk 911 and won’t hesitate to refer friends and call them again myself.
