I was there at noon. I placed a mobile pickup and reached after 10 minutes. Early in the morning they didn’t have an everything bagel, they didn’t have the caramel syrup. The iced coffee I ordered was probably the worst that I have ever had. On top of that, there was a line up and only one person was serving which took additional 5-10 minutes to prepare everything. Due to all this chaos I missed my bus and got late for work. This time is disastrous.

This location is about 10 years behind on technology. You can place a mobile order but you will still be asked what you ordered once you reach the location, only then your order will be prepared. A good 15-20 mins between placing the order and getting your food. This is when you have 2 customers at the restaurant and 2 cars in drive through. Unfortunately still not the first time or the worst experience.

Waited more than 15 minutes for my order (bagel BELT as we as a chicken noodle soup) I was told 5 minutes 10 minutes ago. Requested a refund and surprisingly the food was ready by then. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Don't recommend

Possibly my worst experience with Timmies in canada. Timmies really need to think who they hire to represent them. First the lady taking the order took her own sweet time to take my order of a cup of coffee, a sandwich and a cravable. I drive up to the counter and met the worst service agent called Yuva.. who did not have the patience to let me swipe my reward cards as she was in a rush. I requested her to be not rude and her immediate response was to to go and talk to a manager. I walked into the shop to find no one responsible present. The audacity of someone to say .. “if I was rude .. you would not ever come back to Timmies..”I really hope someone reads this and talks some sense into her head to be not rude to customers..

It’s rare that I feel compelled to review a place due to poor service. I don’t know who the franchisee is here but it’s clear they are absent or obtuse. A renovation cannot save this place. The consistently worst service and slowest service of any location I have ever been to. It’s too bad bc this used to be a fast place to get though years ago. Poor management and oversight at its essence right here.

The worst service I have ever experience in this tim-hortons. This not the first time I had bad experience with this tim. Today morning on the front I have to wait for around 7 to 8 min. To order my coffee. & then it’s not hot enough & the portion of coffee is also very less.

The worst Tim Hortons ever, they never get an order right and the employees always serve with an attitude. I told her the order was wrong and then she started tapping the board with attitude like what i said was wrong. The place is always dirty, you can never find a clean table.

Worst location. Very slow. Takes about over 10 mins on any give day and time. Not even packed drive thru just about 4 to 5 cars. This location needs to be staffed adequately.
