Canadian Tire Gas+

My favourite thing is the touchless car wash. It does actually a really good job. I will never forget the time I went in with (unknowingly) the back window open, ended up with carpet shampoo!

Horrible. Last Sunday they were out of gas but instead of posting a sign that said all gas was gone, they said they only had regular left. So I prepaid for regular, pump didn't work. Instead of letting me go through the whole process of paying and trying to pump, the operator could have used the intercom and said there was none left and changed the signs. I went in to get a refund and the guy was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot, I said he should probably change all the signs to say that ALL the gas is gone. He didn't. I watched from a store in the adjacent parking lot as multiple people prepaid and the had to go in Tobe told what I was told. Will never go there again.Plus if input twentybucks in, it only lasts two days of motive minute commute if I'm lucky. almost seems like they water it down or something, I will be going to petrocanada down the road from now on

This is a very conveniently located gas station featuring many easily-accessible pumps, an air pump for tires and a touchless car wash. This establishment always seems to be open when I need to visit it, even late at night. I have never encountered too much traffic or a long line-up even during peak hours.

I am beyond impressed with the service at this gas station. I went two days before Christmas to get a gift card for my husband, and drove all the way in a snowstorm to realize I had forgotten my wallet. The manager gave me the 5-pack car wash gift card free of charge and told me to come back and pay at a later time. Amazing. And when my husband and children went today to have a car wash, as soon as they walked in the door the manager had suckers for the kids and was unbelievably friendly and helpful. My husband said it was the best customer service he'd received in any business over the past year. Thank you!

I was a customer here for 15 years. I bought 3 ultimate car washes per week, filled up the tank every time here.. even got the Triangle MasterCard because I spent so much money here.The Canadian tire policy is if it rains or snows within 48 hours of using an ultimate car wash, you get a free one.With every 5 ultimate car washes purchased you get a free ultimate car wash.Well it rained after my free one.I came to the shop one weekend morning, filled my tank, bought a lottery..then the owner refused to honor my car wash. And it wasn't just refused he was straight up ruder than hell about it. Shouting at me (without wearing a mask too btw) and it just doesn't make any sense he knows I spend alot there... He's just cheap and rude.I will be following up with Canadian Tire customer service to let them know. This guy is a terrible representative of the Canadian Tire brand. I will never give my money to this has bar ever again.

I go there to get air in my tires and the air pump doesn’t work I ask for my 2 dollars back and instead of giving me the 2 dollars back they think I have all day in the world to sit and wait for them to fix it cause they specialized in fixing air pumps this place is a rip off and a bunch of thief’s over 2 freaking dollars clearly I didn’t make it up my tire was still freaking low if I could rate this place for service it would be a zero never go here over priced and rip people off

Its ok there.. I go ther often for gas as it is close to my house. And i usually use canadian tire gas cards as my work helps with gas. So this day i also recieved a car wash but this was bought in kitchener earlier in the week. I went to the line up and punched in the code and because it was bought in kitchener it would not work at this wash in guelph. So my complaint is please train employees to tell customers that the wash ( CAN NOT BE USED AT ANY CANADIAN TIRE WASH).As i was told no problem. Can use it at any location.So he the older grey haired man who has been there for a long time. Took my ticket as i had no money to pay for the wash at the time. I was so embarrassed as i couldnt pay for the wash i waited for over an hour in line to get. LolThanks

Expensive gas prices incomparison to other stations. I'm sick of being gouged 182.4 this morning. Took a quick peek on GasBuddy. This location had the highest prices in a 50km radius. 19 cents higher than the lowest.The tellers are great. The guy setting the gas price needs a slap in the head.

Whenever I need to talk to attendant they are very friendly and happy to talk. Often there are promotions with the car wash. The car wash itself isn't very fast and if there's a lineup (3 cars) you're in for a half hour of idling.
