Probably the best customer service experience ever! I look after a small residential building in Scarborough (I’m a resident and I’m superintendant ). The last storm was a little too much for us to handle and our usual snow removal company had become pretty unreliable. I asked one of my property management colleagues and he said to call EAST WEST DISPOSAL CO. They have been using them for over 30 years. I called and they had my parking lot and walkways plowed and walkways shovelled and salted within 3 hours. They are friendly and we have signed up with them for next snow season.

This contract was a mistake. Our complex finally got plowed arriving after 3pm today (regularly this late) and just left... we're still completely blocked in as is our office parking next to us as well. The worst.

We used East West to clear a large warehouse trailer yard for a trade show ..They responded very quickly! Very fare prices and so easy to deal with too, I would definitely use them again next season, highly recommend.

I recently did a renovation on my basement , i had a bit of a flood and ripped out drywall carpets and old furniture . I called EAST WEST disposal and they walked me through all of the pricing of different size bins .. it wasn't a huge job but that wasn't important to them .. they brought me the right sized bin and i had some garbage left over once i filled it . Would you believe without asking they sent a pick up truck my excess garbage and didnt ask me for an extra penny!!!! Thats why they have been in business for 60 years and that is customer service at its finest !

We had the pleasure of working with this contractor. They have done a wonderful job of cleanup and removing construction debris, yard and garage cleanup. The crew is always on time, professional and courteous and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. We have used them several times now and they always delivered on their services.
