It was a great buying experience for my daughter’s first car. Joshua (Mini Langley) was great. People are very accommodating and answered all our inquiries with no sales pressure in the end. Jordan from finance was also very pleasant to deal with, explains very thorough and fits the offer based on your needs.

I brought my 2006 Mini R53 checkmate in for a diagnostic near the end of January because it wouldn’t start. After a long process of not getting anywhere with diagnosing the problem, service manager Derek Tremblay stepped in and gave me regular updates. He certainly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done, even outside the box, to get the car’s starting problem fixed. He explained things to me thoroughly, and I appreciated his honesty. He was genuinely invested in getting the car up and running and ultimately the car was repaired, and is good as new now! I have never been treated with such respect and kindness by an employee of a car dealership and it is appreciated deeply. Derek’s attention and respect turned my one star Google rating into a 5 star rating and no - Derek didn’t even ask me to update my rating.

Had a terrific experience at Mini Langley from test drive to delivery. This Mini Cooper SE full EV rocks. My giggle inducing H-O-V Lane passport. Product advisors Jason Li and Chelsey Mackenzie were knowledgeable and conscientious. My wife noticed a small scuff on the bumper on pick up day...Chelsey had it into detail and back out before the insurance was sorted. Manager Kris was with us every step of the way. Nick and Marina in Finance made it a stress-free affair. Would recommend them if new or old to this brand. Thank you team Mini Langley!

Called 6 times once every hour and left 2 messages and still couldn't get through to the service department or get a return call and now they are closed. Definitely bringing my business to Richmond Mini, even if it's farther.All the good reviews seems to be from sales. All the worst reviews looks like from service!

I have been leasing from Mini for the past 4 yrs and really wanted the new electric now that gas prices are sky high.
