i was trying to get my son a game for his birthday,every store was sold out this one had 2 left in stock,asked them to hold it for me they said they could for 2 hours i got there in less than 1 they didnt both to hold it and sold it to the person infront of me in line...so infuriating no wonder amazon is taking over the video game market...NEVER AGAIN(at least this location)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! It's sometimes difficult to browse their merchandise but games are usually organized and easy to shop. A well kept store, and overall great experience every visit.

The guys here really helped my son get the best deals possible (it was his 10th birthday) he traded in some old consoles/games/controllers etc.. And for such an awesome deal!! And got to get even more accessories for his Xbox one than anticipated !!! Great day for everyone :]The guy who helped us was so nice and sweet. Easy going and great to talk to and deal with.. Highly recommend going to this EB games !!!

Being the day before Christmas, the place was super busy. But, there was no one on the floor to help find anything. I was looking for Amiibos and could not find any in the store. There was no one to ask so I just left. I did find it at Bestbuy as there was a very kind lady who helped me out.

Very good staff, umm guy who looks like a young Jonah Hill like the one from superbad is the best guy there. The guy who seems gay but isn't with the hat is pretty saucy but i like the Jonah Hill guy is awesome nice place to shop!

The staff are a great bunch of people but EB games usually is a rip off when it comes to prices. Always check walmart/Best buy/Amazon first!
