Portions were smaller compared to other locations, and more expensive. I ordered the noodle soup and the website said cilantro and spinach are included. They were not.I ordered an iced lemon tea with less ice, but it still tasted watered down. The szechuan soup and the bak kuh teh were okay".This location is very convenient

Staff is newer. Needs more training and experience.The soup has more msg than normal compared to Richmond center and Aberdeen. Portion size is a bit smaller. They don't automatically give you cilantro and green onion as garnish. This location at the time when I went did not give me complimentary Napa cabbage but gave me some spinach.Around 4-5 tables only. Price point is about $16 for a noodle soup with a drink. Considered high compared to other bubble waffle cafes. Parking is non existent.

Average, I’ve either outgrown bubble waffle or they really are quite average compared to newer places that also make bubble waffle in Richmond now! I’ve also revisited for the rice roll bowl and it wasn’t as good as I remembered. I do love it in theory and reminds me of home street food, but you can tell the fish balls and fish siu mai aren’t fresh because it’s cold and hard. It’s mostly rice roll and there isn’t enough curry flavour from the fish ball. It also takes them a while to make it which is surprising!

So clean and sleek! We love bubble waffle but it's great to have one so conveniently located now! Wish they had some special menu items but it's pretty classic for bubble waffle

Whoa! We had excellent Hainanese chicken - every piece of the whole chicken order (divided into 2 takeout containers) was juicy and delicious. I wa so pleasantly surprised because another item I had had from their menu on another occasion had been a flop. This will definitely be my go-to place for Hainan chicken. The chicken rice, unfortunately, was not was flavourful as it smells. If you order online, there’s 10% off.

I was disappointed with the food quality. The bubble waffle hardly looked like the normal shape and the overall taste was subpar. Additionally, the ice lemon tea was full of ice, making it difficult to enjoy. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Laksa lamb was good. Place could use music from a Bose. Bubble waffle for $1.99 was tasty and great deal. Lemon tea was tasty.

I read the reviews and saw that the laksa lamb soup was really flavourful so I went with that and it did not disappoint. If you like Thai food you’ll like it for sure. Hot soup that doesn’t break the bank and it’s a perfect choice for a snowy day! I got the mix & match option with a drink and waffles for under $17. Defs worth it!
