Very clean, all new equipments, the entire team are really friendly and accommodating. This clinic also offers ‘hot stones’ after a very relaxing massage which other wellness clinic does not offer. I so love hot stones really relaxing and recouped after a busy week at work.

I just finished my Chiropractic treatment with Dr. Joseph Lee. It’s my first Chiropractic experience so I was anxious about getting my back fixed at first. He is professional and patiently explained everything step along the way. My questions were addressed during each visit. He not only treated my back pain after the initial visit but also created a plan based on my routine that included exercises I could do on my own to help my body align. He’d advise for reasonable follow up visits and sticks with the plan rather than pushing for ongoing follow up. Convenient location in PoCo and easy booking are some pluses. Highly recommended!

I go to this clinic for physiotherapy, however, the clinic offers a variety of wellness services, from massage therapy to counselling. Dr. Nguyen is very kind, professional, and respectful! He also takes the time to explain where the pain is coming from and which muscle groups, tendons, and joints are being affected and why. He has given great advice of movements to do and to avoid so as not to further injure myself, but still allowing me to strengthen the affected areas. The receptionists are also very kind and clear and take their time which is much appreciated.

My first time coming here to see an RMT with Daniel Kim. He was very attentive on what my needs are and helped me relieve the tension/soreness on my back and shoulders. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. Parking is also very easy to find and is free. Would definitely recommend this clinic and will be coming back soon!

I had my first ever massage today with Maddie. She was very thorough and made sure to explain everything she was doing. She even gave me some stretching exercises to do at home or at work to help with my problem areas. It was a great experience!

I was very impressed with how Maddie did a very thorough assessment to identify my problem areas, and also the home care she provided me for after my massage was a nice touch. The massage was amazing and the clinic had a very welcoming atmosphere that is friendly, clean, and inviting. This was my first ever RMT massage and I was made to feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, I’m very impressed look forward to coming back in the future!

Criterion is always accommodating when I need a last minute massage. They have been able to pinpoint my aching points in my body. I do recommend them for their services.
