Ordered a bunch of times from them without issue until two nights ago when I ordered Chinese food and the order showed up without the drinks which was pointed out to the delivery guy. Reported to customer service immediately and have heard nothing thus far.Won't be using the service in the future but due to the good service I received until two nights ago they deserve three stars.

The fees are outrageous! Also no tip option for the restaurant aka the people who do all the work to make the food…. Only a driver tip option. Will never use this service again.

This delivery service is sub par at best. I’ve had drivers call me from the driveway wanting me to come and get my order. What the heck do I pay a tip if that’s the kind of service you provide. Tonight the driver had no idea where my address was and I do not live in a large community. He called me asking where the house was we saw him drive by. We had the outside lights on and he still couldn’t find the house. Of course my food was barely warm when I finally got my order. The money people put out for this service just isn’t worth it will be picking up my orders from now on.

The absolute worst! I ordered 2 legendary burgers from white spot saying meals… everyone on this day and age that means pop, burger and fries. Don’t even bother with this app or restaurants as they always trying to screw toy in the long run. No pop, burger was garbage and SPYCE did nothing to rectify. Better off picking up you order personally and SKIPSPYCE ALL TOGETHER.#customersfirst

Sometimes they have drivers, mostly they don't. Contacting anyone for customer service is a nightmare; one number I called that was given by Google was disconnected, the other gave options for people to talk to but then said there was no one to talk to me.We're in a very small town and it takes an average of over and hour for service. And when speaking to drivers they comment on how slow/average things are.If it weren't for desperation" sometimes
