I visited yesterday to buy auto parts.The service desk man was so unfriendly and behaved badly.He seems to hate people from other countries.that's really bad for business.If you read this , I hope you do the same service as others.Even though the skin color and language are different, the emotions we feel are all the same.

Crown Toyota Service was very good! I thought I had booked a scheduled appointment but something went a miss, but they took me in and made time to do a bunch of maintenance on my Tacoma.I appreciated their hard work, solid advise, and were able to get all the maintenance done on my truckI highly suggest to check them out if you have any maintenance needs on your vehicle.

Horrible experience. One repair took four months. I paid all my lease payments. I claimed my lease payments as I couldn't drive the car due to part delaying. The associate called me that don't expect you will get lease payments back. So rude response, unprofessional response before ever review finished. Please think twice before buying. They are not the same Toyota anymore. They don't provide loaner car during repair.
