We had Brian out to perform an estimate for what seemed to us like a pretty simple landscaping job at our home in late April. It was critical for us that the job be completed by the middle of June 2022, as we were moving out and needed to prepare the property for our tenants. Brian promptly prepared and sent an estimate and we agreed to the work, as the price was reasonable. He said they would be at our home on 16 May. What followed was weeks of us chasing Brian and Scott for an update or even an idea of when they might start the work. Many promises of “we’re coming tomorrow” were never followed through on. Here we are in late June, and the company has never been back, and has completely stopped responding to our messages. My family chose them as we want small local businesses to succeed, but obviously they’re too busy for our small (~$1500) job to be even worth responding to a text message over. Avoid them at all costs if your time is of any value to you.
