They never fix their machines. I'm constantly loosing money in their machines. they make it really hard/time consuming to place a refund. they will literally mail you a cheque for $1 but no more than $9. i have called in to get my money back that i have lost throughout the year with dates, time and machines that the money was lost. they will not honor more than $9

Trying to report 2 broken dryers in my building (looks to have been broken for at least a week. So far, I've been on hold 26 minutes and counting waiting for an operator (local BC # located on machines) to even just answer the phone. That price increase sure guarantees quality...not.

I guess they figure machines don't break over the weekend cause their local number office is closed. Website offers a 24/7" 1-800# but it disconnects you before someone picks up. What a joke. 10 reviews and all one star

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. My clothes have been stuck in the stupid washing machine for 2 days and they kept promising that they would send a technician to fix the washer and remove my clothes but noo, they did not. The worst company ever! 0 stars if I could, but Google would not let me rate it 0.

Just went to add money to my laundry card, using a CC, see that they now charge $ 1.00 fee for using a CC, never used to be this charge before, already their machine charge is very high compared to other people i know pay for there laundry, just hate this nickel and dime gouging, always a hand in your pocket for more money. so just doing my wash, into the dryer, 10 minutes heat and now that has broken down

I would rate 0.5 stars if I could. What a racket, this company charges $10 just to get one of their laundry cards, and charges $1 every time you load more money on to it. Completely ridiculous and over priced, as every load of wash&drier costs $2 as well. For shame Phelps,way to stick it to apartment dwellers

Ever since they were bought by coinamatic, their services have deteriorated. It takes over 20 mins to place a call service. And issues are not resolved within 48 hours. Have fun waiting!!

Machines in my building have been broken for a week. Call the support number and it hangs up and recording says to call back later. This is more a criminal enterprise than a service with nobody to contact when the machines take your money. They exploit tenants with terrible service at exorbitant rates. Must be an American or Israeli company.
