Notified her office that I have a special needs child and would need to have my wife dial in. She apparently didn’t get the message and was confrontational with me for showing up alone even though she was unprepared for the video call with my wife. People purchasing the house couldn’t close as they were not residents. Amanda advocated for the people that could not close by manipulating us into postponing the sale by 3 weeks and got us 0 compensation. This resulted thousands of dollars in damages. Amanda made sure the the people that couldn’t close had not obligation to cover their losses and could pick and choose when to pay us. When the deal closed 3 weeks late the cheque was not deposited on the Friday as everyone went home for the weekend and I was not even sent a report to know how much I had. But it was Friday so I guess I should expect much right? When she did send the report she demanded she would only send to my wife and not me… weird. She was definitely cheapest and now I know why.

We would like to thank Amanda for her professionalism in our matter. She is very prompt in answering messages and she gets the job done. We will definitely be using her services again in the future and we will be recommending her to others.
