Jennifer Belfry was the professional I worked with at MNP LTD in Nanaimo, BC. She was extremely helpful and I believe I will be able get control of my finances now and, more importantly, in the future.I have several elements that brought me to the position where I had to enter the Debt Management Programme.Jennifer was thorough, professional and used kindness and compassion throughout the process. This is a very difficult situation for anyone to go through and due to my illness and my husband being placed in a facility it added extra stress. Jennifer understood and proceeded with everything in mind. It was a difficult process but with Jennifer's walkthrough of everything I came out feeling good about the situation and what my future looks like.I had my first counselling appointment, and, truthfully I didn't expect too much of it. I was quite shocked when I came out of it with solutions to where I wasn't doing well in sticking with my budget and Jennifer gave very helpful applications to assist me. I felt like I could really achieve the budge we set.Jennifer has offered her assistance if I find myself in a difficult situation which I appreciate and will contact her but hope I will be able to come up with the answer myself.I would certainly give Jennifer a 5 Star rating.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to submit this review.
