I can not say enough positive things about Jennifer Kay and her practice.I highly recommend Kay Psychotherapy to family, friends and anyone that is looking to seek Psychotherapy.I started sessions with Jennifer Kay approximately 3 years ago (and continue to attend regular sessions at the present time) and it was the best decision that I made as she has been a strong support system for me on so many levels with my Mental Health.

I found Jennifer to be exceptional. She was professional, understanding, and most importantly taught me skills to help me get through a very difficult time. I always felt valued by Jennifer and her assistant Vik.

I've been going to Kay Psychotherapy for almost 7 years now, and I can honestly say, it is the best counselling service I have ever experienced! Jennifer is always so friendly and supportive, and maintains exceptional standards of professionalism. Her advice and knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy have greatly helped me in my journey through life with anxiety. Every session, I leave feeling more hopeful and capable of handling whatever the universe throws at me. This practice is accommodating, accepting, and overall astounding; a total AAA in my books!
