We had just bought my daughter a new bicycle. One day later, she crashed (she was ok) but the rim of her front tire so severely bent, so much so she couldn't even ride it anymore. We were trying to figure out what to do, buy a new bike or tire. Kalrim is just down the road so we decided to take it in and see if they could help. 3 days and $25 later, bike is good as new! Our daughter is thrilled and so are we! Thank you Kalrim!

I had to put a star to type. But this place sucks. Ignorant rip offs. 200$ for a chain and brake setup for a bmx. Ignorant and hung up on me. Probably a employee cause wasn't same voice as voicemail message was. Do Not Use

Kalrim Cycle is customer service oriented business and the Owner is knowledgeable, courteous and humble. Thisbusiness would not be in existence in this community for over 30+ years without these qualities.

Very poor customer service! Prices are not competitive! After reading reviews wanted to add same happened to us, very rude, rip off is for sure and hung up when I tried to speak to him the owner about product bought!!

This is the best bike shop in Conrwall.If you want an experienced technician who will tune your bike properly and professionally this is the shop... perhaps not as flashy as other stores but they make up for experienced mechanic.For the avid cyclist who want the best out of their equipment, Kalrim Cycles & Sports is the place to go.

Restored my bike to its former glory. He knows bikes and how to fix them.

I live in New Brunswick - 800 miles from this shop. I called and spoke to the owner. I was looking for a pair of bike shoe cleats and could not locate a pair at any bike shop in New Brunswick. The owner was exceptionally helpful - unfortunately did not have what I required. Two weeks later I was in Cornwall and stopped at the shop. The owner gave me (at no charge) a pair of new cleats to take back to New Brunswick and try with my pedals. We agreed that if they worked I'd send him payment. Unfortunately, they will not work so am happily sending the cleats back to him. This is a small shop selling very good quality items - providing excellent service and advice. If you want a cheap bike and no service - go to a chain store.
