Food was delicious! For a burger and fries there was virtually no grease and left me feeling satisfied, not uncomfortable...great ppl working there! I used to grab food with a friend after work but now that I'm not working, i haven't been bac f yrs...this will definitely a favourite spot on my outings! Keep up the good work!

This is a solid old school Greek type restaurant that Winnipeg is famous for. Although I don’t think they are one of the best Greek style restaurants, those Greek restaurants are like pizza, even if it was bad it’d be pretty damn good.Haven’t been since last year but almost everything is reasonably priced especially for a Greek style restaurant. Food is tasty, and cooked properly. Nothing special about this place but they do everything good-very well and at about as good a price you will pay for that real home cooked quality you get with these restaurants. Good food and good value.

They re-heated fries from the day before, without a doubt. The grease was a pool on my plate. Burger was good. Could have done without the 3 people smoking crack and drinking beer on their patio. Cook or owner actually waved them on in to take their order so clearly, they didn't care either.

I ordered the club sandwich, it was so small compared to other places and soggy with very little flavor. The French fries were also soggy and didn't seem like they were cooked long enough. I guess you get what you pay for. The prices are cheap but so is the food.b

I have to admit,it's been a few years since I visited this place..precovid..ALWAYS exceptional value..subs are full and tasty..I prefer this local family owned business over a Subway...Lots of great selections...a must try place .you won't be sorry .

An excellent place to grab food, stop in or have delivered! Fantastic subs and hand cut fries. They have an excellent Greek salad and their fries, cheese and gravy (it is called this because it is not poutine: made with sliced cheese) is also really good for the price and what it is.People who complain “it’s not poutine” should note it’s called fried cheese and gravy for a reason and not called poutine at their restaurant.

The fries were perfect. There was way more bun than meat on that cheeseburger. The double loaded cheeseburger had almost zero chilli and small burgers again. This place was better when it was George's. I'll certainly try them again to make sure it wasn't just a bad day with service.

Food was messed up, they didn't get anything right! The young man that took our order didn't explain a thing and left us asking what to do.. the ladies making the food were very nice and friendly but unfortunately that doesn't make up for how awful the experience was. We didn't finish a single item except the coffee..I used to go there 20 yrs ago and was pretty excited but I paid 40$ plus tip for a HUGE disappointment but the food didn't make me sick which is a huge plus as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend though.

One of the few remaining legit burger spots in the city; every time I go here I have a positive experience. The food is quality and worth every dollar! Staff are always pleasant and friendly! I’d give 6 stars if I could!
