DONT EVER PURCHASE.You wont receive your photo's.They will not refund.They don't have the ability to look up or even help you get a copy of them. The manager is useless and unfriendly. Blamed me for not receiving the photos and claimed they did everything in their contract. Also said They have no ability" their words."

I ordered pictures 6 months ago and still don’t have them. I send an email once a month and each time I get some excuse as to why I still don’t have them. I have never dealt with such BS. Good luck to anyone who hires this company. I will never be ordering from them again.

The session was rushedThey did not give suggestions for poses.They were not friendlyAnd they didn't pay attention to basic lighting principles.... still waiting for picturesWill review once item are recieved

Trash.The people we dealt with at the arena the day the pictures were took were polite and friendly but that's about the only positive I have.We paid $40 for literally two 4x6 photos and a photoshopped team picture. The booklet" we received them in had 2-3 blank pages where it looked like other photos were meant to be printed. The team photo was printed on the outside back of the booklet.We had the photos done around Halloween and just now received them. The folks we spoke with on the phone were rude and dismissive. They didn't seem to understand why we were frustrated at them taking so long to process.You are better off taking your own photos of your kid. If you are looking for a photographer for your association

Simply awfulPrior to making a order I called to ensure correct spelling of my daughters name. Was assured it was correct.Receive photos etc 2.5 months laterAn her name has been completely removed from all items... Therefore I did not receive what I paid for. Teams should maybe do research before tasking a sub par photography company with capturing memories.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED.I received my sons baseball photos long after the season ended. There was an error in his name on some but not all photos (same size and style and everything). One photo showed his name as it should with first and last the others had his first name twice. I received word from a rep Cindy that they would reprint the package I had bought and while she originally blamed the error on me, she then agreed that it must have been a glitch in the system because of it being right on one but not all of the same cards. I have heard NOTHING since then and it has been over 2 months. They will not respond to my emails. FRAUD.

I am posting this review anywhere I can, and contacting the BBB. I've also reported this company to visa as fraud.This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. Baseball season ended in August, I received my photos today- Nov 3. I emailed multiple times over the last 9 weeks and the girl basically told me oops

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my son's karate pictures in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and still haven't received them. I have emailed a few times and no actual reply just an automated reply that someone will get back to me. I will not be ordering this year's or any future years pictures from there. Will also be reporting to the BBB on this matter.

Quality of photos are shameful. Looks like my kids hockey photos were takin with a flip phone from 2005. Size ratio of child to card is way off. On picture has a full body image, can see my kids boots on thr card. Just awful quality photos and really over priced. I grew up playing hockey in the 90's and the quality of my hockey card 30 years ago is night and day!
