We have a very tight entrance closet. The design to maximize storage in that area is very modern and practical.

This is the second time I have had California Closets installed. The quality and detail to workmanship is excellent. Lianne makes the entire experience wonderful. Highly recommend for any size of closet.

We worked with California Closets in Ottawa, Ontario, to design a storage unit for our main bathroom. The job was pretty simple and small, but we received excellent service. Installed multiple closet units and built-in shelving

I used California Closet's services on two occasions. The first time went very well and smoothly, and I received stellar service from the designing team. This is why I reached out to them again when I moved in my new home to create wardrobes and additional storage space. Unfortunately the second time went really badly.First my, order suffered dramatic delays. We designed the wardrobes last July 2020 and I'm still waiting (in March 2021) for them to be finished. Second, the team came more than 4-5 times at my place, most often than not with with missing pieces and late arrivals. Third, my office was left in chaos with tools for weeks before I got any updates of what was going on. And fourth, one of the storage spaces also broke in the meantime.The excuses were multiple: injuries, COVID delays and too much demand, which I understand happen but should not account for such a low quality of service. If you cannot deliver something of quality, then just don't take anymore clients than you can.I am pleased with the work the designing team has done since the wardrobes are beautiful, but there's clearly a big logistics lack of competency and coordination from the rest of the team. My time was not respected as appointments were canceled and delayed. And for the immense price I paid (around 10 000 $), I dare to expect much more quality, competency and professionalism than what I received.I will not do business with California Closets anymore, and not refer it to my friends and family either.

Very professional and responsive to the concepts put forward with additional suggestions to make the space more efficient. Work was delivered on time and the craftmanship was very good. I've received many compliments about the product.

We previously had a good experience with California Closets and decided to use them again for a different project. The designer was detailed oriented and responsive and did a great job developing the vision. The owner was also great and helped us get our job in the pipeline and complete the installation. The process was transparent and in the end, we got the product we were looking for. We're looking forward to working with this team again for a future project!
