My experience of participating in Carolyn Rusin's Business Coaching Program has benefitted me immensely! After a lengthy year of periodic pandemic-related closures, I found myself experiencing COVID fatigue - especially in relation to envisioning business growth. Over the years I have seeked out counseling both for one on one and group therapy to help me cope with childhood trauma. Although now in the mid 50's well educated,well adjusted and successful in my career I found myself struggling after the death of a family member that would cause more trauma. This created lots of anxiety, anger, resentment and just plan upset on a daily basis and was a constant reminder of the truma I had experienced in my past.My partner recommended Carolyn and I decided to reach out and speak with her. I found Carolyn easy to speak to and was able to connect well with her. During the 12 week program I worked through many issues with Carolyn and to be honest in the beginning I was skeptical given the degree of trauma I had experienced.The time line therapy worked amazing and help me put things in perspective as well as provided me with ways of coping .I actually looked forward to speaking with Carolyn and was now able to apply what I had learned to better cope with my daily challenges.I can't thank Carolyn enough for all her support.All to often as women we place everyone first before ourselves and forget we need to make our mental health a priority if we want to be able to help others.If your on the fence about reaching out to Carolyn then make a 30 minute free call and decide for yourself.Mental health should be a priority in these challenging times.I made the call and am certainly grateful I did.Thank you Carolyn.Lisa J. Carolyn really helped me change the narrative I’ve been telling myself all these years. In a gentle way, she helped me shift my perspective to see how my beliefs about myself have been greatly limiting me! When we first met, my anxiety levels were extremely high. Over the course of my time with her she has given me tools to stop panic in its tracks before I can spiral. And she has also helped me develop a better sense of my self worth and how important it is for me to MAKE TIME FOR ME every day. I have two very busy and active boys and I thought self care was something I’d never see again. BUT Carolyn took my busy life into consideration when helping me set sustainable goals and routines for myself so that every single day I made sure I took care of myself. She really helped me bridge the huge gap that I felt within myself as I lost my identity in motherhood.
