Every time I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and would do anything to help you out. They seem to care and cater to your needs once booked delivery was fast as well as the pick up. The delivery driver was very fast, efficient and super friendly. I don't think I would use another storage company in the future I will stick to the Big Steel Box Company.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with BigSteelBox. The drop off was easy, the pick up was simple, and then the deliver and drop off at the other end in another province was seamless. The communication was great between us and all the drivers. Everyone was friendly. I recommend this service to anyone!

Great team to work with!!! Quick to get the box to me and quick pick up. I Would definitely deal with them again next time I need a box. I would recommend them too anyone who needs to store anything for a while. (We stored our whole house in our box over the winter for 9 months. It worked great!) Thanks.

Victoria location,We're shipping our belongings from Victoria to Regina.Rob and Matt were amazing!The drop-off and pick-up were especially amazing.Ive never seen anything so smooth. Lined it up perfectly in one shot, backed in, scooped up the bin with little to no movement, and had it on the flatbed in less than a minute... mad skills!Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with their service. I had expected hiccups and troubles but there were none. We rented a box to hold our household belongings for 2 months while we renovated. Drop-off and pick-up were right on schedule, there were no surprises with billing and the process was simple. Would highly recommend for a stress free move situation.
