We recently worked with Tracy to sell our Downtown Victoria condo. Since we reside outside of Canada and could not get up to Victoria due to the Covid pandemic it was a potentially complicated transaction. Ive dealt with Tracey on multiple occasions and have always felt she was looking out for my best interest. One piece of great advice that she gave me was to not do the insurance through the bank but to get third party life and disability insurance. I ended up getting hospitalized 5 years later and it was worth it, the insurance company was giving me enough money to pay my mortgage and buy groceries for the family if it wasn't for her advice the mortgage insurance which cost the same would have only covered the mortgage. We now have recently moved out of province and even though my new house purchase wasn't with her she was still there step by step dealing with my new realtor here. She is someone I will always trust and after all these years I would say she is part of our family. Best regards.
