Cornwall Nissan

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. The salesman say one thing and the finance and service always contradcit eachother plus they are always condescending and dismissive to my wife. Would highly recommend dealing with a different dealership.

Cornwall Nissan is amazing! The staff is kind, eager and will go the extra mile to help you. My husband and I recently purchased the 2022 Nissan Rogue and we are so thankful for the service we received at Cornwall Nissan. All employees we dealt with were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back!!! 5 stars to you all :)

As an avocate of the Nissan brand and have owned three vehicles, I would highly recommend Everyone to go to Cornwall Nissan. Their service and sales teams are second to none and I have enjoyed my experiences there when I go to get my Altima serviced or when it's time to purchase a new one. Highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with Cornwall Nissan for as many years as I can remember and I always receive great service from everyone every time I go. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I love my Rogue and this is actually my third one and I have absolutely no complaints. Skyler went above and beyond the last time I went in for a new vehicle and I appreciate all the extra time and effort he spent helping me get used to my new Rogue. Came for used cars twice!!! Was never disappointed and their options on used car guarantees were amazing! They were very accommodating and they fixed us up good for the car exchange. Total units. 6/5 stars

My husband made an online appointment to have new summer tires installed on our SUV.Earlier in the week my husband took the time to go onto their web site. Picked the tires he was interested in. Picked a date and time to have them installed.My husband calls to confirm the appointment and to his surprise no one was aware of the appointment, nor were they aware that clients had the option to book a time and date for an appointment.My husband while on the phone with the employee showed him how the process worked.The employee asked my husband to send him the confirmation letter he received via email and that he would get back to him.That was early afternoon, and it is now 18:15 and we have still not heard back from them.

Great friendly and professional staff. They were able to accommodate me last minute and did a great job. Clean waiting area.

We purchased our Nissan Rogue last year at Cornwall Nissan & must say that Skyler, Chadwick & Sue were amazing! Wonderful people that made us feel really comfortable & were really happy with everything!Since then, we’ve had great service with Mike, Andre, Paul & everyone in Service! What a wonderful experience! Sue was incredibly helpful and helped me weigh out all of my options, especially when it came to the warranty that I couldn’t decide on. Sue was patient and heard all of my questions and concerns. Not only was she so kind, but she got all of my paperwork done so quickly! I was in on Thursday morning and was able to leave with my brand new Rogue that same day. Skyler did my delivery and he was so patient and explained EVERYTHING (and I really mean everything) about how my new vehicle works. He was genuinely kind and showed interest in me as a person, not just as a sale. This meant showing me things in my new car that would be helpful for my job and lifestyle.10/10, you guys rock, thank you ☺️
