Great front desk and service. Clean rooms. Rear view is train station. The front view is the river side. But I'm not sure if you can see the front view as we booked the rear view. Trains can be a bit noisy, though. We took the skytrain to Vancouver due to so much traffic and construction. It's so much better than driving since the train station is 1 min away.. No breakfast and parking is $12 a night across the street, so it was scary to park the car further away. Few sketchy people around. We didn't eat in the restaurant. Check out the De-Dutch restaurants nearby for the best breakfast.

Liked the fact that it was a secure and clean place to rest my head a night. Great location because it's conveniently located next to a convenience store, train station, and waterfront/pier.The rooms are dated and could be renovated, but you get what you pay for. Considering it's one of the cheapest bookings you cant really complain.**Bed was nicely when I arrived. Photos are right before check out and views are from parks within a 10min walking distance**

I went here for 2 nights to see Vancouver and around that area. It's very close to the skytrain which makes it much easier to travel. Unfortunately, our view was not the best since we booked a rear room, so I recommend getting a room facing the bridge and water. I was disappointed that they didn't have breakfast and the ceiling fan was somewhat confusing to control. Rooms were decent but more pillows would've been nice.

Location is this hotel's best pro. It is across from Front Street, minutes from the promenade. There is a great view to the bridge. Services are reasonable. The bathroom in my room is in bad shape but totally functional. Price range is a bargain. It's a good place to stay for one or two nights.

Great location, a little noisy. Rooms could be cleaner, for example the chair and carpet were filthy. Thankfully I had sandals to wear around and just avoided sitting in the chair. Two doors down from the light rail to Vancouver, and a few bars and a comedy club nearby!

Iqbal the guy I met at the met hotel. I found out he was the general manager. Very humble guy. Very helpful. I travelled few countries and even different provinces in canada but never met someone enthusiastic about his work. Very professional and very understanding. Hotel is great. Clean rooms. Awesome location. Awesome food at their restaurant. Liquor store is right there. I had great time staying at this hotel. Every time I have free time I went talked to Iqbal and he is very knowledgeable about the city as well. Best ever experience staying at hotel. Thank you Iqbal for all your help. You raised the standards high.

Great hotel for a great price. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms on the fourth floor which had huge shower & nice views of the river. Staff were lovely & very accommodating of all of our needs. Looking forward to staying again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in June 2022, on a Saturday night in room 436 I believe. We had an easy check-in, the front staff was helpful and pleasant. I was surprised with how big the room was, it seems like it was recently renovated and things were new. There was a microwave, mini fridge, safe, Kuerig coffee maker and tea. There was also a full size tub and shower. We had a view of the river, which was really nice. The only thing about this hotel is the walls are pretty thin, so you can definitely hear the people who are next door to you, and when we left in the morning housekeeping was in a couple of the other rooms and they were not renovated like ours was.

The rooms were basic but nice and clean. Had a burger and a few drinks at the pub attached to the hotel. Was pretty good. Happy hour definitely helped with the prices. Aside from crackheads everywhere it was fairly decent
