If I could give it a 0.5 I would. I was told I had a unit that I truly wanted.. I gave my notice right away. About 2 days before moving I was informEd I would have to wait till the 18th to move in. This was okay but not pkay because me and my 11 month old frenchie would have been basically on the street. This unit I wanted and was told was mine had the layout I wanted... THE ONLY LAYOUT I WANTED WHICH WAS THE A2 LAYOUT. This was suite 209. Because I couldn't be in my car for God knows how long waiting with my puppy I was given no choice. There was no more A2 LAYOUTS HOWEVER AFTER MOVING IN THERE ARE PLENTY OF A2 UNITS AVAILABLE AND THIS WAS NEVER EVER OFFERED TO ME MOR WAS I INFORMED. I ENDED UP TAKING A SUIT ONLY BECAUSE I WASNT GOONG TO PUT MYY PUPPY THRU BEING HOMELESS. I AM OUTRAGED! MY POOR DOG HAS ACCESS TO A TINY PEICE OF GRASS THAT IT ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING. ALSO TWO DOORS DOWN IS AN OPEN UNIT WITH A2 LAYOUT. I WOULDNT TAKE THAT ONE NECAUSE OF THE LOCATION HOWEVERR THERE IS A UNIT THAT QOULD BE NOT ONLY PUPPY ACCOMMODATING IN THE BEST WAY BUT MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY ACCOMODATING I STRUGGLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND HAVE A BROKEN TOE ALONG WITH SOME OTHER PHYSICAL AILMENTS. I CANNOT BE IN THIS UNIT THEY HAVE BASICALLY MADE ME TAKE AND ITS TOTALLY TAKING A TOLL ON MY MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. THE UNIT I NEED IN ORDER TO ACCOMODATE THESE MENTAL HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ISSUES AS WELL AS THE NEEDS OF MY SERVICE DOG IS SUITE 121. EVEN AFTER BEING MADE AWARE AND EVEN THO THAT UNIT AS WELL AS MANY MORE THAT COULD ADDRESS THESE NEEDS I HAVE BEEN TOLD BASICALLY BECAUSE I SIGBED A LEASE FOR A YEAR WHICH IS THE EXACT SAME PRICE AND TIME PERIOD THEY REFUSE TO ACCOMODATE. I JABE OFFERED TO CLEAN THE SUITE EVEN THO THERE WAS NO PRIOR MOVE IN CLEAN FOR WHEN I MOVED IN. I CAN HAVE IT ALL DONE IN 24 HRS BUT I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY REFUSED AND AM NOW STUCK IN SOMETHIBG THAT IS NOT ONLY DETRIMENTAL FOR MY PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL BEING AS WELL AS MY 11PNTH OLD PUPPY. I AN DISGUSTED..APPARENTLY ITS ONLY MONEY AND NOT TENANT WELL BEING THEY ARE INTERESTED IN

Great little place to visit, was impressed, if I can offer any feedback, look into a solor panel program for the roof and or surrounding open areas, it's a bit easyer on everyone's utility bill, and better for the grid overal, especially in modern builds like this one

I would not recommend this place to my enemies. The property manager is the worst I have had in my entire life. There where numerous issues with the unit I moved into which took over 3 months for the property manager, Grace, to have anyone come and repair it. I had to threaten to not pay rent for her to take any action and send someone to make the repairs. After moving out I left the unit in near new condition, with only a few scuffs and bumps, normal wear and tear. Now she is trying to withhold my entire security deposit and I am forced to take her to dispute resolution. Do not rent here unless you feel like getting taken advantage of.
