From start to finish, Brian Ross was a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I used Lane Quinn for our Life Insurance, and Brian made every effort to make the process as easy as possible for us. From making house calls after our kids were in bed, to scheduling the medical exam to take place in our own home, the process was smooth. Brian was also readily available to answer all the questions we had throughout the process and remains close-by when our needs have changed and we have required additional advice. Lane Quinn did a free audit of our benefits at our workplace and identified huge savings for us. We chose to change our broker and several providers and Lane Quinn made the transition seamless for us. They even came out and did workshops for our employees. Any problems our employees have are quickly addressed and resolved.

Tyler at Lane Quinn offered to take our plan to market, even with the idea that we may not switch to Lane Quinn in the end. The relationship with the Benefits Consultant is key to a successful organizational benefit plan, and Tyler excels at building and maintaining that relationship, even with the possibility of not gaining a new client.
