I have had a couple of purchases of variety of items and I always come back to RDSC for more options. Shipping and processing is a little slow but absolutely worth the wait! Love the customer service. Thank you RDSC!

To preface this review, I want to start by saying that I do not typically leave reviews – at all. If say a business left me with a poor impression, I do not bother leaving a negative review. I simply do not think they are worth the effort.However, RDSC’s customer service is something to behold. I have purchased from the store before but my recent and comparatively large purchase left me with such a good impression that I felt this review was necessary. From start to finish, everyone at RDSC took care of me. They did not hesitate to answer my questions nor made me feel like I was bothering them – especially for how busy of a store they are.Derek, Mike, Cody – thank you so much for answering all the questions I had. I know you guys are always busy and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it.Kurt, thank you again for spending time to call me regarding my order. I would not have expected to receive such personalized help. Your call was more than enough to ensure that all my future rifles will be purchased from RDSC and no one else. I do not care if they are back-ordered, I will wait just to make sure that you receive my business and support.100/10. Great selection, great service and great people.

Called this morning and tried to book and was told due to staffing issues they can only accommodate licensed patrons, kinda odd but whatever. At the very least you could update your website to reflect that, not sure how you can successfully run a business if you can't even update a website...

Interestingly, this was not flagged during purchase or in the cart or before you pay, only after you pay do they send email notifying of doubling the shipping cost. If you try to cancel, they deduct 10% for cancellation. Great store with very friendly helpful staff. Bought a vortex scope and rings and were great to deal with. Even though busy they still got my scope and rings mounted without question. Lots of selection and competitive prices. I highly recommend was a great shopping experience.

I took my PAL course here and just a shout out to Shane! Just wanted to say that you're an awesome teacher. You made the course incredible informative, easily understood and above all interesting! You go above and beyond to keep people engaged in your class, ultimately that's what makes a good teacher no matter the subject. I highly recommend taking your PAL here. I do a lot of Online Orders with these guys, fantastic experience every time. Jayden and Mike are awesome to deal with, I've had nothing but amazing experiences dealing with both of them, and I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as excellent. Emails, Quotes, Order Processing, Shipping, and Updates are all done promptly, and their pricing is competitive and will most certainly beat the big stores like Cabela's. Looking forward to doing further business with RDSC.

Big rave to John in the Cerakote lab at Red Deer Shooting Center. My rifle was on the federal ban list before the C21 amendment got scrapped. I convinced myself that if I was going to have a closet piece, it was going to be a damn good looking closet piece.I wanted to have a custom “Black Ice” camouflage made from one of my favourite games, Rainbow Six Siege.John worked with me and we came up with a design. I am utterly impressed at the finished product and the quality of his craft. My only complaint is that I don’t want to take it to the range now because it looks so good. I would highly recommend getting your rifle cerakoted if you’re getting it serviced!

The day I got my PAL I came in to get a membership and my experiences have been great ever since. I had a lot of questions and the staff was very helpful in answering and making recommendations. I am very new so I had purchased a few things I needed to return and I experienced no issues. I have no reservations about recommending this club to anyone, new or existing. A big thank you to Cody, Wyatt, Caiden, Jayden, Caleb and all the other folks whose names I cant recall this moment who have been so helpful! I hope I didn't butcher the spellings too badly.
