We've been going here for decades. Such a wonderful patisserie offering Belgian waffles, croissants, Belgian rice tarts, cream cheese danishes, quiches, etc. We go here every time we visit Vancouver BC. Highly recommend

Best waffles in Vancouver hands down! I've been coming here for years and it's been amazing every single time. I love bringing the mini waffles into my office and sharing them, everyone loves them. My favourites would be the ham and cheese filled (YUM!) and the milk chocolate almond (mouth-watering). Definitely check them out and support local. :)

The first time that we found Patisserie Lebeau was all the way back in 2011 (back when we first started this food blog). We actually came across this place by accident back then – but I still remember how impressed we were with the waffles here (this was the place that turned me onto liege waffles and their little pearls of sugar).It’s been way too long since a revisit but we were stopping by a nearby bakery (The Cake & The Giraffe) and figured this would be a great time to pick up some lunch and treats… a tasty salami and provolone baguette, a savory ham & cheese-filled waffle, a fruit danish and chocolate fruit tart, as well as an orange & cranberry scone.Can’t really go wrong with the baked items here but make sure you try out some of their waffles.

Really good liege waffles, chocolate pistachio was fantastic. I tasted green onion too and i loved it. If you are looking for good wafles definitely go there :) it's not that pricey neither !

Have been a regular customer for years. On Saturday I purchased a Craquelin it was dry and over baked the top had collapsed it was very tough. Even the Madeleines have been over baked and dry. They used to be moister. I have also ordered a Craquelin over the phone for Easter but when I went to pick it up I was told that they didn't make any.They said that they couldn't call me as my number was misplaced. I needed it to take to an Easter gathering.

Delicious hot chocolate as part of the hot chocolate festival! We got “the cookie one” - sadly they had run out of speculoos biscuits to accompany the drink but instead replaced this with one of their mini waffles, which I personally thought was even better! My waffle was covered in ruby chocolate and pistachios and was a little piece of heaven!

This is based on a first time visit where I ate only a savery dish, Brussels Waffle breakfast. I didn't like it at all. Too much cheese and very dry. Didn't tast the flavors of the waffle at all and the texture of it was ruined due to the overload of ham and cheese.I will come back to take the sweet waffles though.
