The Collective Workspace

While searching for a venue to host a large company gathering I came across The Collective Workspace, and I am so glad I did.The space is so thought out- not to mention beautiful, and the customer service we received was stellar. Thank you Giuliana and Team for a great evening, we will be back and spreading the good word around like wildfire.

We had an amazing experience hosting a baby shower here. The team is incredibly friendly, responsive and easy to work with. The entire space is gorgeous with so many wonderfully designed pieces available to use to make your event stunning. Will definitely be hosting events here again in the future.

The space is a trendy new addition to the Toronto coworking landscape.Modern design touches are enhanced by the flood of natural light. Truly a place to be inspired to productivity! I used this venue for a weekend photo shoot and both my models and production team found the space a joy to move and create. Communication with the owners and staff was top notch and allowed us to focus on creation, not administration.

The collective is a welcoming, inspiring and uplifting space. I was inspired by the community and atmosphere I walked into. A great local hub for designers and entrepreneurs. I've attended some exciting and inspiring talks, super fun events and have had an opportunity to connect and network with a lot of knowledgeable individuals. Very happy to have found my way here.

We recently hosted an event at The Collective Workspace just before the holiday season, and to say it went well, would be a huge understatement! The Collective Workspace provided a space that was perfect for our needs; it is large, functional, and provides a unique design element which really puts everything over the top. I’m still receiving countless completements today from guests, about how much they really loved the place! They really did a wonderful job designing the space. Every element selected truly complements one another!I’m incredibly thankful to Giuliana and her team for working with us over the last few months in planning and execution of our event. From the very beginning I felt at ease speaking to Giuliana. She was always very quick to returning calls and emails, and really went over the top to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. She is a phenomenal event’s coordinator and a true gem to the Collective Workspace.Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience hosting an event here. Things could not have gone any better, and that is in large part to Giuliana, her team, and such an exceptionally beautiful venue! I would be thrilled to host another event here and trust me when I say, so will you!

Let me just start off by saying WOW! We recently had our second annual secure the bag summit at the Collective Workspace and it was 1000% perfect! The space was stunning and fit in so nicely with our vibe and decor. HOWEVER, while the space was stunning, I would say the biggest differentiator between this space and other beautiful spaces (because, lets admit they do exist) was the Collective's Community and Events manager, Giuliana (there is only one of her). Giuliana went above and beyond and supported us in ways that I will always be grateful for. She saw my vision the first day I toured the space and she ensured that every aspect of that vision was covered on the day of the event. From making recommendations for spacing/placement, to helping us stuff our swag bags, AND being all hands on deck the day of the event. I can tell you this much, anywhere this lady is our events will be!Thanks to the Collective Workspace for hosting us and thank you Giuliana for being so invaluable to the success of our event.

Gorgeous space with a full kitchen and multiple bathrooms. I hosted my sister's baby shower here and everyone asked where I found the space. We had families with kids and the boardroom/movie room was perfect for keeping kids entertained in a safe space. The best part though was Christine, the community and event manager who was so attentive and helpful with anything we needed at all. Booked the space because of her!

I recently had the opportunity to work at The Collective Workspace, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The space offered a great working environment, complete with an awesome kitchen, very clean washrooms, and a generally well-maintained workspace. However, there was one minor issue that detracted from an otherwise excellent experience—the noise generated by the AC system.Let's start with the positives. The kitchen at The Collective Workspace is truly impressive. It is well-stocked with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy for members to prepare meals and snacks throughout the day. The cleanliness of the washrooms also deserves special mention. They were consistently well-maintained, providing a fresh and hygienic atmosphere for everyone using the facilities. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the workspace itself was remarkable, reflecting the dedication of the staff in keeping the area tidy.However, the one downside I encountered during my time at The Collective Workspace was the noise produced by the AC system. When the AC was running, it emitted a noticeable level of noise that could be distracting, especially during quieter moments or when trying to concentrate on complex tasks. While the cooling function of the AC was effective, the noise factor did detract from the otherwise peaceful and productive environment.Despite this issue, the overall experience at The Collective Workspace was highly positive. The management and staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist whenever needed. The layout of the workspace was well-thought-out, offering comfortable seating arrangements and ample natural light, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.In conclusion, The Collective Workspace is a great choice for individuals or teams looking for a professional and well-maintained working environment. The presence of an excellent kitchen, clean washrooms, and a generally tidy workspace are definite highlights. The only minor drawback was the noise generated by the AC system, which could be a potential concern for those who require a quieter working environment. However, if you can overlook this small inconvenience, you'll find The Collective Workspace to be a highly conducive and enjoyable space to work in.I would definitely recommend The Collective Workspace to anyone seeking a productive and collaborative workspace, with the understanding that the noise from the AC system may be a factor to consider.
