Enough people working, yet long wait for the ordering and even longer and more confusing for pick up ( walk in service). Staff was very pleasant and served with a sincere smile which was very pleasant (younger, mostly Indian crew). Dark coffee was freshly brewed for us but was kind of acidic and didn't have that dark roast scent (don't believe it is related to preparation, just a way their roast is).

Just left from this place returning the items that I had ordered. Being an Indian, it’s sad to admit that we get the worst treatment by our fellow indians. Two people managing the place were extremely rude and unapologetic about ruining the order. When I politely asked them to remake it, they happily returned the money and told us to go to another place. They need to learn about customer service and how to accept feedback. If anybody from the Tim Hortons management is reading this, I hope they act on it coz this particular location is horrible in terms of customer service and the quality of food.

Exact the coffee up by like, 20 cents. Never told anybody and they're hiring people that don't understand English or speaking of so you gotta order for one coffee with 2 cream for to 5 times just gets on your nerves and stresses. You hope gonna stop going to tim hortons too after thirty five years

So disappointed in this location…I understand the drive through is “very important” to the higher ups in Tim Hortons, but it’s gotten to the point where it’s pointless to even go in to order. It’s rare to see someone working the walk up counter, and when you ask for service it’s like you’re an inconvenience. Then the employees speak amongst themselves in their native language and make you feel very uncomfortable because you don’t have to understand what they’re saying to see how obvious it is that they’re talking about you. Quality of food has gone down, service is poor-if you can even manage to get it in the first place, and some staff are so rude to you. It’s one thing if this is a one time occurrence, but I’m only reviewing because this happens nearly every time me or someone else I know goes to this location. Do better!

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been in. Waited up front to get service no one present had to yell to get someone's attention. Still made me wait Service was horrible. Coffee was burnt. Windows are disgusting. This was Sunday March 19 Around 5 pm. Is there a manager on staff?

Ordered an iced coffee and when I got home it was warm and tasted watered down. They put regular coffee in the cup with ice. Very disappointed. When I go there and order an iced coffee it tastes different every time. I go here cause it’s convenient and close to my house. They clearly don’t know how to properly make an iced coffee it’s not that hard coming from a Tim Hortons employee herself

They had no chili so they gave me chicken noodle soup instead. Warm at best and they didn't give me a refund for the difference in price.It used to be that Tim Hortons was way more reasonable in pricing. Two sandwiches, two soups and a cookie costed $34. Way too expensive to ever do this again. Doing more home cooking now to avoid this carnage.

Honestly, just keep driving. You may want stop here because you're desperate for food like me but trust me you'll be happier if you drive a couple more minutes to another restaurant. 3 stars is average and I have never actually been served exactly what I ordered at this location so I can only give 2.Service and speed is decent here but you probably won't get what you ordered, and if you do it probably won't be made right. Been coming here for a couple weeks as I'm working nearby and I get a bacon farmers wrap, coffee and hash browns. They have never put Chipotle sauce on my wrap, the sauce is not an add on. My coffee is tolerable some days but I think their sugar dispenser is either empty or wonky. I ask for ketchup packets for my hashies every time and have had to get them myself after the drive through every time. Today I even got a sausage wrap instead of the bacon one I ordered, even though the server repeated my order 4 times to me on the speaker, oh but still no sauce on it lol.Editing my review with a photo. It's the little things that matter, like not smooshing the smile cookies face to face.
