Just needed to turn on my heat this past weekend when I found out the fan was broken so obviously there was no heat coming. The company came to my home within an hour's time, diagnosed the problem and even though they needed to get me a new fan, to my surprise, they were able to get me a brand new one and have it installed by the same afternoon. This kind of speedy service would have been so vital had it been Jan/Feb with minus temps and no heat in the house so they are to be commended on a job well done that much more indeed!!

Had a surprise leak coming from our furnace and quickly Googled for help. I found Maple Home Services at the top of the list and decided to give them a shout at 8:30 pm. I received a call back within minutes from Ahmed who showed up and fixed the issue by 10 pm. Now that’s Service! Flat rate and fast friendly service to get you back up and running. I have a service contract with them for my furnace and a/c. Usually they come twice year to inspect a/c and furnace and provide a tune up if required. So before the winter began I tried reaching them to schedule an appointment for the inspection. I would have called them more than 15 times and they have never responded. Always the call is routed to an after the office hours company and they say they relay my messages to the company. But still waiting to hear back from the company ! I am thinking of informing suitable authorities about this poor service to get my service.

Had a furnace ignitor die on a terribly cold Saturday. Called and they immediately answered and connected me with someone who was able to come within the hour. He arrived and we confirmed the right part and he helped to make the harness fit properly and didn’t leave until it was tested and working. Easy and good service. Fancy app that can pay with credit card on his phone. I would recommend easily.

Beware of this company. Poor, shabby work, never responds for service call.I made a big mistake of choosing this company to install my new furnace less than 2 years ago. They had done such a shabby and poor job that furnace started leaking water when I turn on my AC. I made several calls for the service call for the past few weeks and they simply collect the contact details, but none showed up for the service so far .Keep away from this company for any new installation or service and look somewhere for better option.

I was a bit taken back when originally calling and felt the receptionist to be slightly unprofessional. She wasn’t rude or anything but it was almost like I was calling someone’s house and she told me a technician would have to call me back. The technician called within 30 mins and was able to make it out to my place in 2 hours. He worked quickly and efficiently and fixed our issue. Luckily the weather isn’t too cold yet as it’s November but had it been January or February this service would be amazing as I was told next day for a lot of companies.

Yasir one of the technician from maple home services he installed the Aprilaire 600 humidifier last week. He is very professional and knowledgeable technician. He even took the time to fully explain to me how it should work. Even the customer service representative explained me everything on the phone. Their friendly service and skill set impressed me. Strongly recommend to others for the services of this company.

After 9 pm , called Maple Home Services to fix broken furnace. Got a call back from Ahmad , who promised to come within 1 hour . He came within the time period specified , quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (replaced faulty pressure switch) . Very good and professional service , highly recommended!
