I have ordered from Oasis Juice Bar and Grill twice now, and have been pleasantly surprised at the variety of meal options and great vegan/vegetarian and gluten free selections for their daily specials.The specials are offered between 11 am to 4 pm and often include traditional dishes from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago along with some Middle Eastern favourites. I love trying new foods and have really enjoyed the Veggie Palau (kind of like a rice stir fry) and the Veggie Curry Bowl. Their fresh tropical juices are also very refreshing and amazing (I enjoyed the guava-orange-mango blend). The regular menu consists of mostly comfort foods like burgers, fries, etc., and they also offer all-day breakfast options. The owners are super friendly and accommodating for various dietary restrictions, if requested.You can order from the regular menu online during their hours, but the specials are often posted on their Instagram or Facebook, or just call and find out what they are making for the day. I am so glad there is an amazing restaurant option like this in a small town and will continue to order from here and support local.

The food is awesome .. the portions are definitely worth the price ... homemade home cooking... that's what it's all about
