It was my first time at this location in calgary and the experience was awful because first of all customer service was ridiculous in every way like talking to customers , taking the order. Moreover they messed up with the order and when we discussed with one of team member and their manager name arsh i guess. We spend almost $130 but half of the food we left it on the table. Every dish was just like a big mess. When we requested to replace atleast one of the dish they refused and said we dont do replacements also in a very rude way.So far royal paan never made me upset with food quality or the customer service. But this location is just garbage i would say. I would not recommend anyone to try this location (northwest calgary) at anytime. Also would like to share cleanliness of the store was grade D. I request health unit to inspect this store right away as you can see in the pictures utensils are not clean also the store is so filthy. I hope they get better in the future.0

PATHETIC PLACE,given the option wouldn’t have rated one star, customer service is something this business doesn’t know!!! Whatever issue is there is a way to talk to your customers.Ridiculous guys working, just cuz you’re one of the few street food options you think you can treat people in whatever manner and still do good business??The front counter guy is just out to fight and yell as soon as gets a chance.The guys don’t even follow standard food safety measures, guys go in if you wanna get sick, don’t trust me just take a peek in the kitchen or there dosa grill. No gloves no washing hands no sanitizing!!!

So fun! Such a great experience sampling Mumbai street food. The Samosa Chaat was amazing. We tried the Paan dessert and got the recommendation to stick with the simplest one for our first one. That was wise! Westerners will have to acquire the taste. One bite was like being transported to another world! Definitely will be back.

Best Chole Bhature in Calgary I must have to say. Sides were also delicious specially acchar... Waiting for another visit at Royal Paan.Takeout was also delicious.

The worst customer service everytime. We reached the place by 8:15pm and no one even greeted us and offered us a table to be seated. After 10 mins we asked them to get us a table and that’s when they mentioned that our kitchen closes at 8:30pm for which we had 15mins to order. This is the 3rd time in a row. Never stepping foot again at this restaurant. They probably have enough business to handle.
