Booked photos with family who traveled from all over Ontario to be here and they lied and never had a photographer booked. Was extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with this situation. No rectification was offered, nor any apology which was owed in the very least. Thank Goodness a real professional photographer came to the rescue last minute and showed up with a smile on her face. She was super professional and accommodating, highly recommend her!!! Addison Mae photography is exactly who you SHOULD book with.

Heather is absolutely amazing! She does all my photos when I have photos done there she’s done my on location and did fantastic work! Her pictures turn out amazing she doesn’t over edit her work like some places she makes them look amazing and natural! Thanks a million Heather!!

My son is 3 years old and struggles to sit still. We needed passport pictures done and we went to many places and couldn't get the picture. We finally went to photos unlimited and Heather got his picture within 5 minutes. She was excellent with him and was able to get his attention long enough to get it done. I would highly recommend asking for Heather for anyone who needs to get there kids pictures.

I posted this on Sunday December 11 but it was deleted.The website allowed me to book an appt for 10am when the store didn't even open until 11. The solution was to fit us in when there was time" but they were booked all day until 3pm.Luckily they had a Santa available and we were able to take photos with him
