Once again the cashier decided that when my mother didn’t under something in French she chose not to explain or offer her the promotion and instead said “never mind”Guess things haven’t changed much since the last time this happened where this we promised to be rectified

Thank you Rose for taking the time to help me twice this week. I came in looking for advice and she really went above and beyond to give me great advice and recommend products. She even stayed a bit after her shift to help me and didn’t just pawn me off on a colleague. With bad customer service being the norm these days she really deserves to be recognized because she is so kind and attentive. I will be back to purchase in store instead of online because she’s such a pleasure. I hope her manager reads this and recognizes her great employee.

Zero focus on customers service… no one will greet you or even make eye contact with a willingness to help. The management and district managers need to make customer service a priority!

This store has the weirdest employees that just follow you around as if you’re going to steal something. The same employee followed my sister and I and kept trying to explain products as a way to keep an eye on us I guess. The same woman tried to usher me to the cash to pay for my products before I was done shopping, this was nowhere near closing.

Staff are friendly, but i didnt like the products. I paid 40 dollars for long lasting lipstick for it to be wiped clean within 5 minutes.Also whats with the mess? I feel like i'm in walmart not an expensive cosmetic store.

some products are rusty and the staff is a bit rude, they stare at you and judge you the way you try stuff and ask questions seems like they didnt care at all.

Really bad service 1 cashier only with about 8 workers milling about including two older supervisors. Cashier got stuck with one client who had the wrong sized product waiting 10 minutes never gets right product. I am left to wait …I see another worker come on her phone who then takes another client before me. That was it for me. Very unprofessional!

The employees are incredibly rude. Terrible service. These people are not makeup artists, they do not know how to properly do makeup. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to have a terrible botched makeup. False lashes glued on terribly, non symmetrical eyeliner, cakey skin. They also use all of their dirty testers to do makeup. Just awful
