We honestly couldn't have asked for a more compassionate experience with Pulse. Our cat Rhino received treatment and care here for his heart failure. The cardiology and emergency teams at Pulse saved, extended, and upheld his quality of life, giving us the most precious last few weeks with him. ThroughoutRhino's multiple visits to Pulse, we could truly feel the love, caring, and kindness they had for him. They really took the time to know and understand him, and Rhino enjoyed all the belly scratches, company and love that all of his vets happily shared with him. Pulse was also exceptional in their communication with us, always being available to answer any of our calls and questions, and providing helpful suggestions as we managed his medications and made it so that he could live his best life for as long as he could. It warms my heart to know how much they cared about him too, and I am so forever grateful that Rhino received the love and care that he did here at Pulse.

Very disappointed. My 7 month old dog cut her shoulder wide open playing outside. We rushed her in. No one looked at her when we first got there, just told to sit. Sit we did, for 2 hours only to be told that they couldn’t do anything for us because they were backed up. They offered to bandage it for $400 but that was it. I took my dog into my vet this morning after a very rough and painful night for my girl. She needed 13 stitches! Which tells you that this wasn’t just a scratch. I’m very upset by their lack of empathy and service. Yes I understand that they are busy, but to not even give her a bandage without us spending $400 just seems ridiculous to me.

Keep the number handy - 24/7 in an emergency you can bring your pet here. When I brought my pet, he was triaged with very little wait. In this case, I was told I could wait to see my regular vet - but bring him back if there were any changes - and there was no charge for the triage visit. They also communicated with our regular vet for good continuity of care. On another visit my pet had respiratory distress and was immediately taken for emergency care. The staff were professional, kind and provided us options. On our last visit, they very compassionate and guided us through a difficult decision of euthanasia. It is comforting to know they are available any time of day to help. I would not hesitate to take my pet here.

Pulse is fantastic. I have a cat with lissencephaly that has seizures. She was diagnosed at Pulse via MRI. The neurology department has been wonderful with helping us get her seizures under control. The front desk personnel are professional and courteous. Every dr we've seen there during our many visits has been knowledgeable and thorough. They also get back to you quickly if you call with inquiries. Only downside is the long emergency wait times, however that is not Pulse's fault. If you are going there for an unscheduled visit you may be waiting 8+ hrs.

Miss Maggie had a seizure on Sunday afternoon. So help me, she was so deeply out of it afterwards that I thought she was dying. I rushed her to Pulse, and they were, as always, quick and efficient in looking after her. They kept me informed as testing and care progressed, and they watched her overnight to monitor her. Thankfully, no more seizures, but I know they’ll be there for her (and for me!) if needed in the future.It’s such a relief to have these compassionate professionals available 24/7 when my much loved pets need care. I can’t thank them enough.

Our 9 year old Bernese Mountain Dog Sophie was transferred to Pulse from our regular vet last week. Sophie's symptoms came on extremely quick and this whole experience very much caught our family by surprise. Upon our arrival the staff were very quick to admit Sophie, and went over and above in every aspect. Sophie arrived on Friday evening and in order to get some immediate answers her vet did everything they could to understand and process her tests right there and then. Unfortunately, what they found was not good news for our family and we had to say goodbye to our fur baby. Sophie was the light of our life and and the level of compassion and professionalism we were shown by every staff member in this clinic made one of the hardest experiences/decisions of our lives truly as easy as something like this could be. I did not catch any names during our visit, as my mind was elsewhere.On June 22nd at approx 10 pm i brought in my kitty, Hank, who needed urgent care. From the very first phone call to let them know i was on my way until we were on our way out the door, everyone was so amazing. Like i said to my son, they're angels in there. I was given a bill i could not afford & then i was given multiple other options with other lower amounts. Unfortunately even given the options, we decided to put our kitty down. They were very understanding and compassionate. They let me take the time i needed and listened to my stories about my kitty. On our way out, they wished me a safe drive and offered for me to call them that night at anytime if i needed somebody to talk to. I wouldn't change a thing about how they handled our visit that day and I can't say enough good about it. I will always recommend this vet clinic, and i will always be forever grateful for them. Thank you all, for everything.

I had the best experience today despite it being one of the toughest days with having to put my dog of 12 years to sleep. Everyone was so compassionate and explained everything so clearly. I was not pushed to do anything unnecessary, instead everyone listened to my concerns and made the process the smoothest and easiest. I felt so comfortable in saying goodbye today knowing that my beloved dog was in great hands.If you unfortunately have to put your pet to sleep, I recommend this business 100%.

So, I bought my dog in with a porcupine attack at 11pm on july 6. The night staff were friendly, cordial, compassionate and just such a delight. I had to bring him back in the morning, due to his pain levels being very high. Despite the Two ladies at the desk being very kind, the techs that I talked to were not.I was unhappy with what the first tech was telling me, as she was suggesting more sedation for my boy who had just been sedated three hours before. I asked to speak to someone else, and she basically stormed out. Then, she made me sit in the waiting room and kicked me out of the triage room.Then, the second tech who came, stomped over to me, didn't tell me her name, didn't even smile. Just yelled at me that if I didn't like their quality of care that I was welcome to go anywhere else (her knowing full well, I couldn't go anywhere else)I explained to her I am a single mom, pregannt and can't afford to sedate him again, especially since he was just sedated. She was cutting me off, her tone was atrocious, and when I asked for the manager or when she would be in, she just stormed away. I had to ask 3 times when the manager would be finished at her meeting before she would answer me, and when she finally did, she was about 20 feet away from me and just said she's done when she's done"There was ZERO empathy
