My experience was one of the best seamless transactions I've ever made buying a vehicle. Chad was super friendly and professional, not to mention he was able to secure my deal all while I was out of the country on business. Great place with lots of friendly team. I talk to almost all the car dealer in Calgary, Edmonton , sprove Grove and red deer. Jesse was treat to deal with. Jesse went above and beyond to get me a car which all my families love it. Waiting for summer to enjoy the ride and take my families for camping. Very impressed with the service at this dealership. I purchased a new car elsewhere and it arrived much earlier than expected, which meant I had to sell my current car quickly.I reached out to Automaxx about 10 minutes before they closed. Got a call from Rob a little later and the deal was on.My car was sold and I was paid in less than 24 hours. Since I was in a hurry to pay for my new car and a wire transfer can take a few days to go through, he had someone drive down to Red Deer to deliver my cheque.Everything went very smoothly and I’m happy. I hope the new owner of my car enjoys it as much as I did.

I am furious! I contacted AutoMaxx looking to get a vehicle. My requests were simple, the vehicle had to be a 4 wheel drive, have a remote starter and winter tires. All of this information was relayed to Richard at the red deer branch. The lack of a 4 wheel drive was not a deal breaker so I went with a 2 wheel drive still insisting that I had my remote started and winter tires which was confirmed to me the vehicle came with. The night I took the vehicle home, the remote starter did not work and I informed Richard who told me it might be the battery. After charging the battery and it still did not work, I let him know, went in to the Calgary office where I had signed the docs and collected the vehicle to see if they could get it fixed. After showing the chat history to the staff on site, the receptionist called him and didn’t get a response. I came by on multiple occasions only to meet locked doors cos of the time they close. Basically it did not get resolved and I was out of the country.Fast forward to a couple days ago, I get in touch with Jesse(the sales manager I believe) who tells me he will look into it. Calls me back to ask if I have something to prove that I had mentioned to Richard that the remote starter was a deal breaker because they can’t find anything in Richards email and Richard has no recollection.While I’m dealing with this, I go in to change my tires which by the way Richard had confirmed that they had in storage only to be told that the service history does not reflect any tires. I call to speak with Richard and he’s acting like I’m speaking a different language. The least he could do was call the Calgary branch to assist but that was too much of a task to do.I have been calm enough and very cautious of the way that I relate with any of the staff I have come in contact with because I understand that they’re all doing their jobs however, I’m going to need Richard or anyone with brains and basic empathy to get to the root of this foolishness and fix it because this is too much and just not right.

BEST vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Chad at Automaxx worked hard for us and we appreciate that, after not great past experiences with other dealerships. He was upfront and honest. A no bullsh*t kinda guy. It was refreshing!! He made things clear and easy to understand. He also actually went through the finance papers, instead of just asking us to sign. There was no guessing. Thanks again. We will be returning customers.

When we decided to buy a new car, we were undecided exactly what we wanted. We had it narrowed down to a van or SUV.Danielle from Red Deer AutoMaxx helped us narrow down our search by finding a couple options for us. The first vehicle we selected was a van. Before we sealed the deal, Danielle contacted me after learning the van failed some items on the inspection that totalled $3500. She messaged me right away to let me know this, and told me she did not feel comfortable selling me a vehicle that may turn out to be problematic in the near future. We REALLY appreciated her giving us this information, and not just trying to make a “quick sale”. She made the entire experience fun and stress-free from start to finish! I have bought many cars over the years, new and old, and I thought a car would be beyond my credit capabilities with my personal situation. Well Duke at Automaxx Red Deer not only got me a car that I love, he did so quickly and I even had it delivered so easy and efficient. I also love how Duke puts absolutely no pressure on and seems to really care about his clientele. This experience was amazing and I will be recommending Duke to anyone I know, even my own kids.
