SO tasty. It's a bit on the expensive side but flavorful and filling. Nice staff. We had the brisket and it was great. Easy to customize too

Somthings changed, I ordered a hook & ladder today (large) and it had nowhere near the same amount of meat on my sandwich that it use to, We ordered with the broccoli soup and the bowl came half full aswel, either somone new working today, or they have started skimping out here in Stoney Creek!Don't get me wrong the sandwich was fantastic, I've been coming to this location since it opened - and I regularly get the same sub everytime so I'm aware of the usual quality & quantity or the sandwich.However the great debate is always, it's pricey but you get what you pay for... Unfortunately that wasn't the case tonight.Won't be back for that price if this is the sub I'm paying for! Cheers

Really a great experience. Love the decor inside and staff was extremely prompt and friendly. The soda machine was full of all kinds of drinks if that’s your thing. Clean and the sandwiches made to order are huge. Dont be fooled by the medium! Lots of other things close by and room to park. Thumbs up !

That place is quite a surprise, it is a subs fast-food restaurant, however they bring the basket of the sub to your table and pick it up when you're done as if it's a table service restaurant, so I guess the higher cost justify the service. It is clean, spacious, lots of parking space, and the pizza meatball sub is delicious. The only issue was when the cashier asked me if I want to donate the change, I decline, but she still processed the donation anyway.

I’ve been seeing comparisons on socials about firehouse. I mean no doubt, I knew looking at pictures.. it was going to be a lot better than subway and quiznos. I had to try it out today to finally put an end to my curiosity. Took that 15 minute ride to this location and got myself the steak house with a side salad and drink combo. Prices are definitely higher but you really do get what you pay for. The taste was just impeccable! The pickle they add to the sub just completed everything. I enjoyed the clean and friendly ambiance. Looking forward to coming back here. Only thing I wish for is a bigger ramekin for the salad dressing. Otherwise 10/10

First two visits definitely delivered the good stuff. Their brisket sub was amazing regardless of the high cost. The last two times the quality had noticeably gone down. There won’t be anymore visits. The staff was definitely an issue. Training and supervision and trained supervision were sorely needed.

My first visit here and all I can say is YUM , seriously delicious subs . I had the gluten free bun which was one of the best I've had so far , and chose the veggie sub , which was excellent . My mom had the large roast beef which she thoroughly enjoyed . More expensive than your other sub shops , but definitely worth it !

Yum!!!!!! My family and I enjoy firehouse subs roughly once a month. I originally found this gem while going to other stores in this shopping Center; wish I found it sooner! The food is delicious, the establishment is clean, the staff is friendly and I love that they have donation options to support local firehouses, EMS and other support groups for children. I have recommended this place to all my friends. If you pass by one, definitely stop and give it a try
