We are a rapidly expanding real estate office and we opened a new location in November. We had tremendous difficulty using Xerox, the response time and turn around for solving issues was not at par for running our business. Trinity Western University has been using the services of Com Pro for a few years now and have been extremely pleased with their high level of customer service. Recently we reached out to ComPro Business Solutions with a couple other companies for a quote on an office printer as our lease was coming up for renewal with another provider. Once all companies had presented we decided to move forward with ComPro Business Solutions. They met with us and did a full analysis our business needs with all depts, taking the time to really understand our business. The proposal that they presented was on what we needed versus what we didn’t.However, it didn’t end there they worked with our IT person to set up the removal and installation of the new Sharp MX-4070N printer. On the day of installation Nick Brar came into our office to assist with the transition working with our IT dept and trained all the staff. The professionalism that he displayed in the office while working with the staff was exceptional. Nick set up the printer in a different area while leaving the other printer operating until he was confident that everyone knew how to operate the new printer. Nick’s concern was us not having any down time in the office, he went above and beyond. My workplace (Redwoods Golf Course) has been using Com Pro for our office printer for around 8 months now and I don't know why we didn't change over sooner! Every time we have an issue with our printer it is such an easy process to place a service request and to get a technician in. With the last two issues we experienced, someone came to fix the machine within 30 minutes of our phone call which is AMAZING! Our last printer company was a terrible hassle to place a service request and it could take days, or sometimes weeks, for a technician to come fix the problem. It is an absolute pleasure to have Com Pro taking such good care of our printer for us!
