Pediatric Clinic Dr. J Brar

Very stupid staff do not know how to handle patients and soo rude the girl worked and answered around 10:12 am on May 17th 2022 today she straight answered doctor Brar not available anytime. Disappointing service all the time. If there is 0 star I will give them 0 for the service. I don’t understand why we make personal doctors for the kids for personal check up every time we call they said doctor not available.

Dr Brar is best pediatrician in town. My baby is under his care from 2 year and i am very pleased with the way he discuss every little concern. Front staff is also always helpful whenever i need help.

Doctor Farhan is an amazing doctor, very gentle with my daughter and was communicating with her. However I have to give one star because the one of the receptionists is very rude. I would call them multiple times for an appointment and they would put me on hold for an hour then answer my call as if I just called them and so on and so fort for at least three times. Would recommend booking on the day you had your check up cause they are hard to communicate with.

Today I went to the pediatrician of this clinic for my daughter. I loved the way Doctor assess her, he talk to my daughter, asking questions, they drew together and lot of things. I am glad that I got the appointment and went there. May Allah bless him as always.

I was hesitant to go to this clinic after reading some of the reviews but I am so HAPPY that I decided to go and see for myself. I could not be happier with the care my kids are receiving from Dr.Farhan. He is incredibly understanding and patient and makes sure to take his time to answers all of my questions and concerns giving me a peace of mind. Highly recommend!

So this was our second visit at Dr. Brar clinic. Dr. brar is simply awesome. Everyone is super helpful and understanding. I appreciate they way they manage the clinic even when it is supper busy. Front staff is been super helpful. I was so scared after reading the other reviews. But to me both of them are sweethearts. The way Simmi treat the kids is amazing.

BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! I wish I could give 0 stars... My 1st appt here, they put me and my 5 month old son in a dirty room to see the Dr. We waited over 40 minutes but no one came in to see us. So (trying to be understanding) I rescheduled with the receptionist... 5 minutes after I leave, the Dr calls YELLING AT ME for walking out on an appt".... I explained that I did not just walk out

Dr. Farhan is a perfectly fine doctor, but I will echo what many reviews say, which is that the administrative staff at this office are awful. They are entirely disinterested in helping and you get the sense they feel put upon to do their jobs. In the four years we have gone here, we know that voicemail will almost never get returned and when you finally get through and point out that you've called and left multiple voicemails over the past week, there isn't a hint of contrition.In our most recent interaction, the person answer my call put me on hold to find my daughter's file only then to, predictably, hang up on me. The conversation to this point was civil, so I assumed it was an error. I intentionally waited a few minutes to see if the individual would call me back - apologizing for accidentally hanging up and providing me with the original information she was seeking. This, of course, did not happen. I called back only to have the phone immediately hung up on me again. I had to call a third time for the staff to pick up. When I pointed out I was just hung up on twice, there wasn't a hint of remorselessness and the admin staff starting asking the same questions I had just been asked in the first phone call to find my child in the system.I know it is unlikely that the Doctors at this establishment read their google reviews, but on the off-chance that they do, the message should be clear: you need to change the workplace culture in your office as it is creating irritable clients. Your admin staff do not return phone calls, show little regard for client needs and are generally unpleasant to deal with.

Dr. Brar is a very nice doctor and has always answered all my concerns. The front staff is very helpful too just always super busy. The wait times are a little long but I definitely recommend him it’s worth the wait !
