We love Structube! We often find great items at very competitive prices. Staff are always helpful and willing to order items for us if they're not in stock. A *bit* frustrating that popular items are sold out so often, but, that speaks to the quality and demand of them. COVID has caused some shipping issues too I'm sure. Anyways, we love all of our Structube purchases and always suggest to friends to check there first for bedframes, lights/lamps, chairs, and curtain rods (just to name a few!).

Modern furniture at somewhat affordable prices. A big and clean showroom with lots of options to check out. They also have a website to look up specifics with tape measures throughout the store for easy for you to measure the dimensions of the furniture. No sales pressure and can easily roam around, look at furniture, try them out, etc.

I like their style and furniture, but service and logistics still drive me away from this place, especially the unit at Dartmouth Crossing. Every time I go in, I feel a snobby feeling in the air. Sorry it is summer, and I am wearing shorts.Last time I ordered something from there, I had to wait 6 weeks until it shipped from Montreal. It would be great to bring more qualified people to plan your shipments around and avoid extended waiting times.

Unfortunately when you post honest reviews on the Structube website or Instagram, they delete your post. So I will have to share my comments here. I recently purchased the Helio sectional. It is super comfy and stylish. But when I bought it, the salesperson was very careful about telling me that it was covered under a manufacturing warranty but anything related to wear and tear... like pilling... was not covered. She specifically said pilling. Well no wonder. I have only had the couch for two months and it is so pilled, the fabric looks horrible. It looks like a complete mess. It is awful and I can't believe after 2 months of light use, it already looks like a dirty old couch. I am so incredibly disappointed.

Awful service in-store and online. My order delivery date has been pushed back 3 times with no notification from Structube, and I doubt the now 9 month delivery timeline would be the final update if I wasn't cancelling. The staff in-store was too busy chatting to help us recently one evening so we came back the next day and discovered the sale was over. Go elsewhere.

I recently moved provinces. I left most of my furniture behind due to transportation costs. I wanted something a little different than the typical Ikea furniture and found Structube. I loved the more modern design and wood pieces. I then did some research and saw a lot of negative reviews which at first troubled me. While I'm still waiting for a few pieces which are on backorder due to logistic issues, the pieces I have received so far have been fantastic. Everything is solid and has been relatively easy to put together. The only 'issue' is that because they are so solid they are heavy and really need two people for assembly.The staff at the Dartmouth location are amazing and so patient. We've been changing our minds as we determine the best pieces for our new house and every time they are kind and patient, helping us through the purchases.

The store is well laid out, clean and bright. Looking on-line is fine but there's nothing like being able to sit on a piece of furniture, touch the fabric and see what the colour is truly like. The staff member we dealt with was friendly, very efficient and explained everything clearly. I can't wait for delivery day.

I have purchased two items from this store over the past two years. Monroe sofa-bed and a nuaj mattress. Purchased the sofa in-store from a knowledgeable, friendly employee. Ordered the mattress online. Delivery was as promised for both items. Have been pleased with both items to date and prices were unbeatable. I would recommend Structube; love that it is a Canadian-founded retailer. Support Canadian :)

The staff in this location have always been very friendly, reasonable and helpful.However, the fabric and cushion foam of the Margot sofa I bought one year ago have not stood up well to daily use. I have attempted to leave a review of the product on the Structube site but it has never been posted; it appears that critical reviews are scrubbed. This said, be weary of the quality of 100% polyester products from this store.

This is a wonderful place to buy furniture. All staff have been great in my experiences, but a special shoutout to Mark who went the extra mile today. He told me he's been there forever and I can understand why. Perfect service!!! Thanks, Mark
