Bad experience tonight at 23:30, after finish my work went inside for a coffee but the girl ASHLYN was very very rude, bad customer service no hello no hi nothing just staring like fool, when I asked for anything to eat she replied very rudly ( we have nothing), then she left coffee side counter Didn't inform me and said nothing like here is ur order blaaahhh blahhhhhhh nothing.very very rude girl. I don't want to give even 1 star the way she behave but I have no choice....

Good day,I just want to say that I like going to this Tim's, The service is great. But this morning I went to pick up my usual travellers wrap and was told no eggs were available, So I asked for two hash browns instead, I also asked for a large half coffee Half French vanilla and was told no French vanilla was available. So I opted for a half coffee half hot chocolate. After waiting 15 to 20 min in the drive through, My 2 hash browns were cold and soggy and my coffee and hot chocolate cold. I understand that business are short staff and current staff is under pressure, which is affecting quality. Just a thought maybe its time to consider doing some metrics to understand what and how much product is moving and what you should have available so you are not missing anything on weekends. Secondly if you are short staff, maybe consider posting a week-end menu on the display board which only features what is available currently in the shop based off the metrics you are monitoring. So as to reduce wait times and disappointment and make it clear its a week-end menu too.My two centsI did not want to just complain but also throw some possible solutions.CJ

Drive through takes forever, not enough staff, but it's actually gotten better in the last couple years. Small area to sit. But atmosphere is okay. Don't sit next to the sliding automatic door.

Even tho they are open 24h I’m sure they could be close by the time you get your turn in the drive thru smh.. 9 out of 10 time I wait a average of 25min for only 4car in line

Oftentimes takes three or four orders to find something they actually have in stock, the promotions are rarely available, it's a bit of an in joke for the town that they rarely have what you order the first time.

Favorite tim hortons! Coffee is always hot. Food is always fresh. Staff is super friendly. All around it's the best tim hortons in my area!

Please, follow the person who completes your order. Nice lady Lorraine double checked my order, was nice and then when she was making my iced coffee, she coughed over it while adding syrup… And it was ok… no mask, ho hair cover, nothing…. I’m surprised that she didn’t mix it using her forefinger. I was ready to vomit, honestly.

Thanks sir for making me a kinda tea gingerbread latte! The guy at the counter was really giving an awsome service ! Appreciate the little attention. Just wanted to try something new. Nobody really speak french.. but we'll work it out.
