This place is BANGIN!! And the BEST staff ever! Asha (sorry about the spelling) was incredible. I'd go back just to take in their smiles and joy for life.Great job gents on the graveyard shift. ;)

Had a really negative experience at this Osmow’s, which seems like a trend after reading the reviews.We arrived at midnight and tried to order fries, and were told by the employee that they don’t make fries at this time, only rice.10 minutes after we had placed our orders, we saw them making fries. They said that those were online orders, so we asked if we could cancel our rice orders so we can order fries online then, to which the employee said no. There were 4 or 5 employees working, so making fries at this hour should not have been an issue, but it’s extremely unfair when you’re making fries for online orders but not your in person customers.Then as soon as got our food and sat down, they said the dine in is closed and we have to leave (12:30am). This isn’t posted anywhere. Google says there are open until 1:00am. After we argued with them, they let us sit and sat our food, but then told us at 12:50 we had to leave.There are very few places in Kingston that are open past 10:00pm, so we really appreciate that Osmow’s is open later. It gives us a place to go for food with friends, however after the absolutely terrible customer service today, we will not be returning to this location.

They give you a lot of food, but the flavour is really bland. Unfortunately they attempted to make up for the blandness with too much spice on my wife’s mild Shawarma and rendered it uneatable. The beef might as well be unflavoured ground beef. Highly recommend going to Shawarma Damascus and Kings Crossing if you are craving shawarma.

It’s a great experience. The entire ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Helpful employees ,they are extremely knowledgeable and always make great recommendations. Love their Daily Special Ozbox.

Ordered an almost $20 dish in-store, the LEAST you could do is follow the receipt that literally says “all sauces packed on the side” .. now the food is drenched excessively in multiple sauces.I love osmow’s but dislike this specific location, the gardiners location is superior

What a great location for an Osmow's to be at! Food came out at a decent pace, and they asked for your preferences in sauces before giving to you. Portions were very big and could be shared as a snack if you aren't that hungry. Right now, they have a student special and that made it even better. Staff were friendly and I was greeted by smiles.

Everytime we order from these guys they always serve old chicken which taste like you chewing a rubber if you ask them to cut new chicken they refuse and I don't u derstand who's manager there if you not have enough sale why would you keep cooking the chicken.I hope the owner read this and work on that thing please and thankyou

A perfect food experience at Osmow's Downtown. This wednesday’s meal with you guys had made our monotonous life exciting again. Truly grateful for that game night and amazing drinks too. We really needed that kind of a break. Thankyou Osmow's Shawarma ☺️

After I received my order, the employee handling the food wiped his nose with his gloved hand, and then continued making people's food. Another customer came up whose food was prepared wrong, and the same person was quite rude and tried to prove her wrong instead of just giving her the topping that was missing
