Friendly and efficient service. Handled the car with car. Threated it like their own.Would recommend.

Had a metal spike puncture my tire on the road. These guys were able to take me in right away after I called and had the repair done quickly and for completely honest pricing. Would certainly recommend.

Love this place! I’ve been here 3 times in the past 2 years and each time had a wonderful, easy experience. I had my car detailed yesterday, as well as a brake service and oil change. One of the mechanics, Dave, is very knowledgeable and gives honest advice and does great work. Thanks again!!

Drove from Ottawa to London. Saw my tire on my rear end was pretty much bald. They got me in within a day and had my tires replaced within 24hrs. Appreciate the service and how easy they made everything. Not sure how prices compare to everywhere else but good people, nonetheless!

I bought 4 kumho tires at this shop at the beginning of the year. One had an issue and needed warranty replacement. It took over 2 MONTHS to get the warranty and when i went in to get the tire, they charged me more than the original price.The owner was rude and told me I'm not a valued customer as I only bought tires and came in for warranty. He says he only values customers that get all their work done there.DO NOT GO HERE.

When compare to the other wheels and tire store across the street is easy to see why arrow auto is smaller, can’t have bad price and bad customer service at the same time. Instead I gave my business to the other shop on the same street who patiently spent the time to look at my options and provided better pricing than ArrowAuto. It's not hard to see why they have twice as much as customers with better review. Instead of taking constructive criticism on your customer service you decided to insult me. They are very good with keeping appointments, and getting your vehicle in quickly. Customer service is good, and the mechanics know what they are doing. I definitely recommend this shop, especially if you live nearby.
