My family and I have been fortunate enough to be patients of Martindale Chiropractic for the past year. Fortunately for us they were accepting patients when no one else was. My back and neck pain were a nine on the pain scale. The doctor was able to get me out of severe pain in just a few short appointments. She treated me with amazing techniques that gave me remarkable relief. My son-in-law has received the same wonderful treatment for a bad back. I give them a perfect 10 for all their services. I can't say enough good things about their clinic.

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and inviting. I love that they do a scan of your spine and that they send you for X-rays so they can do the perfect procedure for your needs. Indira is so kind, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. She is very thorough about her work, and does an amazing job explaining everything that’s going on. My back used to hurt doing the simplest of things, and now only 2 months later I feel like my younger self again. Highly recommend to everyone!

I'm 49 years old, in good health and have never sought chiropractic care because I always thought you went to the chiropractor when you had a bad back, were in a vehicle accident, etc... but after talking to friends and family and hearing about the health benefits of regular chiropractic care I decided to book an appointment at Martindale Chiropractic & Wellness Centre and see for myself. I was extremely impressed, the atmosphere is very professional yet laid back. Dr. Paul is very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I found Martindale Chiropractic & Wellness Centre while researching different chiropractors in the Niagara Region. I have had such a wonderful experience every time I come and get an adjustment! Dr. Indira always explains what she is doing and why she is using certain techniques each time. It lets you feel safe and informed about your health. I have also noticed a huge progress in reducing my back pain within a month and am so glad I decided to go to Martindale Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.

We've been coming to see Dr. Paul since 2012. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We come (sporadically) for adjustments, though we should be making it a monthly regiment lol. We always walk out feeling rejuvenated and fluid. Martindale Chiropractic is also very kid friendly. I would recommend Dr. Paul in a heartbeat.

Dr. Indira & Dr. Paul at Martindale Chiropractic are absolutely fantastic. I have been seeing Dr. Indira for the last 2.5 years through post partum, pregnancy, and post partum again. She has also been seeing both of my sons since they were born. She knows where I need an adjustment just by looking at me. She is great and cares so much about your well being. I always feel so good after having an adjustment done by her. Her staff are also great and easy to get a hold of. They are very accommodating with flexible hours.Dr. Indira loves to give suggestions to whatever you need assistance with. Also, did I mention she loves kids?! She is so good with them. I can’t say enough about her. She is a very kind, genuine, non judgmental human being who genuinely wants to help you.

I have been going this clinic since I was a toddler. My body would be close to destroyed if I didn’t go to them. They are the reason I am still in tact and pain free. Love them!!
