I didn't actually have to use their service because the guy gave me advice over the phone how to fix the problem myself instead of charging me money I didn't need to spend. Very honest!

My snow blower needed to be fixed. I called Tocheri’s, and was told they do fix snow blowers but they could not pick up in my area.I understood. As a 65 year old widow without a half ton truck, I asked if he could recommend somebody else who fixed snowblowers and maybe would pick it upHe told me he was not going to give out the name of his competition.Wow, would have given them a zero if I could and I will make sure my friends know not to use this business.
