Just recently had orthotics made here … great customer service!! Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable folks!

Great staff, cleaning, new building. Leah was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to all my friends. They also came to our workplace for an information session which was very well received. Great service!

Workers are extremely unfriendly especially the receptionist. It’s almost like the term, “customer care” doesn’t exist here. Saw Leah at PioPed after dealing with chronic lower back pain and pain in my arches when walking for long periods of time. She fit me with custom orthotics that she made herself in the store, which was pretty cool, and my back pain and arch pain went away almost immediately! I would highly recommend Leah at BioPed!

I bought ankle pain relief sneakers here for $170+Tax,April 10th.But after a month, the heel on the inside back of the sneakers came off, and she, who was at the reception, said she could tell by taking a picture in a stiff tone and sending it to Brooks’ company.However, I stopped by because I didn’t hear from her for two weeks, and she said it was the customer’s fault that the shoes were taken off due to their unfaithful attitude and tone.So I sent an e-mail directly to Brooks and they replied that they had a 90-day guarantee period so they could change the shoes.A customer gets a reply email in one day but Bioped doesn’t trust her saying she hasn’t received any reply in two weeks.Bioped Her attitude here felt like she was so rude.There seems to be no sincerity or consideration for customers here.The Bioped manager checked the email I received and said he would return the money.I’m not going to buy anything again with a bioped, including shoes.!

I purchased a pair of custom orthotics in October and I could not be happier with them! Not only was Leah Publicover knowledgeable about the product but she was also extremely helpful when it came to making sure they fit properly and were comfortable. She also assured me that if at anytime they became uncomfortable or I was not happy with them to come back in and she would take care of any issues.I was so happy with the product and service at bioped that I also purchased a pair of custom orthotics for my mother as well as a knee brace for myself.

My entire family and I had a great experience. They were very thorough explaining how our custom orthotics worked and had great customer service.We also purchased all of our shoes here for work and for fitness. They have been extremely comfortable about 2 months later.Plenty of parking when we went. Entrance can be busy at times but just be patient and you’ll be fine.Gabe did a fantastic job, wiping down all equipment, helping us try on shoes, showing us how the foot functions.Great work, we will be back again.Thank you!
